if the citizens in the west end really want to stop all the senseless killings maybe a curfew is the answer. i know its not politically correct and many good citizens will be inconvenience but it looks like all the left wing ACLU crap is not working. just put it out if you have a legit reason to be out your ok and if you get stopped (and you will) just do what the officer asked and you'll be on your way and if not well......will people get pissed absolutely but the bad guys also will get caught.
