We could take a page out of Philly Police.. They are marked car visible crazy.... Their car 1 (commissoner) even has a marked unit. Academy and Training, SWAT, all command staff, traffic, highway patrol, neighborhood services, narcotics, community relation, PIO... ALL MARKED CARS.... copy those pics and u can enlarge.
