New answer, put the SWAT team in marked cars, class A or B uniforms, call them the Mobile 10th and send them out to do what the Mobile 9th was originally formed and designed to do. Wasn't that to be a highly visible unit designed to go after violent crime and a saturation unit? Instead they are fighting over who gets to work gun and dope cases with metro narcotics??? WTF????
