Homicide rate worst since 1976, morale depleted, inept command staff, the majorityy of who were never really the police (despite what they keep telling themselves) and some haven't locked up someone in 15+ years, thefts in narcotics unit, explorer program that is going to explode in your face, I guess the old adage, you reap what you sow may have some validity.
