So LMPD is looking for a new police HQ.... I get it and 100000% needed. They are looking to lease, hummm. Im not real smart but why would you not build and own a 1, 2 or 3 million dollar HQ instead of paying paying half a million plus in rent a year. Metro Gov has paid millions upon millions of dollars in rent for 8th div in middletown and could have built a building made a gold with all that rent. I think LMPD pays rent to parks dept for the 4th division and rent for 6th div in a crappy warehouse
