$120,000 for informant payments would do much more to stop homicides. You can't get something for nothing in today's world. The courts are too lenient to convince informants to work off charges risking their lives by informing on murderers. They will do it for money though.

What an embarrassment! No money for more police officers, but $120,000 for this joke? Violence Interrupters? What book did some egg head from headquarters read this from? What class at SPI promotes this crap? Nothing more than a pay off to keep the BLM crowd from rioting when something doesn't go their way. Additionally, if violence continues to happen in the city, do I get a refund on my taxes?
