How can an officer be out on sick leave and still have a marked take home car? If said person is so sick how can she respond when she's flagged down? Does that make any sense that command would allow a person that has no police powers to drive a marked unit around our city to take her kids to school and go shopping when she is supposed to be on sick leave?
