The families with criminals in them do that. These are the people wearing only a certain color at funerals. The media and politicians act like they speak for everyone. They speak for themselves and their thug-life relatives, friends and baby daddies. The respectable people of the west end are mostly ignored because they stay silent. If your neighbors were gang members you would be reluctant to speak against them too.
