I think there are probably 10-15 commanders that are vying for the title "Worst Commander", so don't give your's the trophy just yet. Vehicles and work spaces across the dept are equally awful as well. Just keep your chin up, and make improvements you're capable of making and let the rest work it's way out. Everyone (those who actually try and care) thinks they are the hardest working, but the truth is, there are hundreds of hardworking, dedicated people busting their butts everyday. Maybe quit trying to be number 1, and help each other out?
