A fish rots from the head down. Louisville used to have much lower crime rate than average. Now its much higher. LPD was managed far better than LMPD is. If you laid down back then, your became an outcast. Today it's normal because this administration has made officers extremely bitter. There will be no solution until a pro-police Mayor is elected and they hire a pro-policing Chief instead of a glorified community spokesmen.
