They are doing their best to spin the story in a positive light with the "we cleared half" of the homicides on WDRB, but that rate is about average for a major city having a gang war. You don't prevent homicides through arresting shooters, but by dismantlng the groups the shooters come from. The L.E. community leadership here seems unprepared or else unwilling to take on that challenge and still wants to downplay the root cause.

The city has changed a lot from what it used to be. Its no longer a suitable place for those just seeking to ride out some easy years behind a desk into retirement. This city is more Sicario than Mall Cop now and its about time to bring in Benicio Del Toro and his buddy.
