Bullitt County Sheriff fires second in command

Command doesn't seem to be connecting the dots between the influx of drug cartels here leading to dirt cheap heroin, leading to drug turf war homicides among the gangs and dope addicts robbing and burglarizing the highlands and the rest of the county to get drug money. Handing out needles from a city drug needle truck and the Chief parading around the west end with his contingent of armed guards isn't fixing anything.
