That's too stupid of a response to even reply to. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you're just a non-policing j@ck *** who never goes west of 9th street instead of being an officer with a bad case of short man's disease and SWAT envy. Areas with high numbers of homicides are where you're more likely to have unplanned SWAT callouts requiring fast response to a scene and more high risk warrants. Full time SWAT trains more often, making them more proficient. Louisville is a violent big city now, so not having a full time SWAT was unnecessarily risky, if not totally irresponsible.
