Louisville's not Chicago or New York or any other major city. It does not need a full-time SWAT unit is those guys are going to be there when needed and sucking up all the overtime that they can get. They want to take over the specialized unit areas from everybody because they think that they're great. What are they going to do when they're not serving warrants except sit around?
