I agree 100%... lets see SWAT becomes full time and Patrol is a part time after thought for this Chief... The details are killing patrol... Someone please ask the 4th div major about details during the UofL game and other details... Officers on patrol on straight time woking details and they are hiring overtime of other officer to fill the patrol vacancies for the officers on detail..WTF

We are reactive and not solving the real problem.. lack of patrol officers. The Chief might say we have this # of patrol officer BUT ONLY about 8-10 ride each division per shift.
