LMPD officers shoot and kill armed man in southwest Louisville

If the buildings at Ford, UPS or any other big company were falling apart like this, you would see the people in charge fired. The city is irresponsibly run and nobody even cares except to put a couple articles in the paper for each screwup that are quickly forgotten. The rape kit evidence was proof positive of that.

I can't even imagine who would be urinating or defecating outside of a restroom, but if the cleanup bill turns out to be $1000 or more for the cleanup, then they should be charged with Criminal Mischief 1st. Put up hidden cameras to catch them.

The city should fire all of the civilians over building maintenance and hire a company to do it. It's that simple.
