Not sure what you are questioning. You sound as if you are insinuating something sneaky took place. If you are a patrol officer/Sgt. than you know that if the camera is worn on the shoulder epaulet, thanks to the cord, the camera has a tendency to rotate a bit up or down when you get in or out of the car. Once again, those that know nothing about the details of routine police work like having the body cam talking about something they know nothing about and should just keep quiet about. Like me questioning
