The earlier poster is right about retirements draining the department of those who could manage undercover enforcement activities. The people at the top have none of that kind of experience.

I am 26 years old...I don't care how great things were. I don't care about Jefferson County Police. I don't care about LPD. I don't care about the pursuits you used to be able to do or how criminals used to be scared of you. I don't care that you worked your whole shift without an MDT either. Your war stories and past memories make you sound foolish (and old).
