How can it be racist when it's true?

We may never truly know if he intended the post to be racist, or "should have known" that it would be interpreted as racist.

The officer probably just posted it out of frustration, and right or wrong, that is understandable.

The BLM and other groups are protected by the 1st Amendment to publicly say and post all the things they do. I get it that the officer likely feels he should also be afforded that same right.

HOWEVER, as hard as it may be to accept, being in law enforcement automatically puts you under the microscope, and even before this whole fiasco with BLM, et al began, it is absolutely prudent to officers to be cognizant of what they post on social media, and consider the potential fallout of doing so.

I'm not passing judgement on this particular officer's post, just simply reminding everyone that, as unfair as it may seem, you sometimes really may have to just bite your "social media" tongue and choose to not post an opinion that may certainly come back and bite you in the a**.

How can it be raciest. It never mentioned black, white, red, yellow neighborhood. Isn't this the same thing a corrections officer posted last week and is in trouble even though he don't patrol NO neighborhood?
