That's the way the liberals want us to police, no enforcement just walk thru the streets and give in to the liberal media and public activist. And LMPD wonders why we cant get any applicants and all that can retire are. That Hillary's world of policing giving to all the special intrest and the liberal's then take over control of freedom.
