Yeah, I'm sure the SWAT guys are all going to want to work division level narcotics cases, and "flex" to the street when bodies are short. And they can do all the details that are more often than not comprised of flex members. Not a proponent of flex (I don't think they're the best thing going necessarily), but having SWAT take their spots is a silly proposal.
