LMPD officers will now begin patrolling in pairs

You are the problem. People who think officers should be community relations people as the Chief prefers at the top, while youth get in gangs and get murdered regularly before they turn 20 in certain parts of town. People who want to talk about the police shootings halfway across the country for months while ignoring the last 3 dozen people who died less than 6 blocks from where they live. People who have made this department woefully ineffective in stopping violent crime or being capable of performing their duties if the sh-t should ever hit the fan in a major way. One day the citizens of this community may puke your kind out of power, but probably not until the poor leadership leads to something really bad happening. Louisville has been lucky so far.
