LMPD officers will now begin patrolling in pairs

Riding two to a vehicle is crazy......no tactical advantage for the officers but all the advantage to the threat, just shoot at one target and anywhere in the windshield BINGO. However if we were to stay together (two cars together all the time) the tactical advantage and move to threat is increased to our favor. Harder to hit two targets than just one, and I know where my gear is (extra ammo , assault rifle etc..) and not sitting on top of the other officers crap. But if your skittish I can see why two to a car fits. JUST SAYING. Be Safe,Be Smart and don't believe everything you hear only about 5% of it is truthful and the other 95% is bull crap. And if your wondering I've been a officer and still am for 20+ years. ..Semper FI / De Oppresso Liber
