LMPD is extremely low paid for all compairable size cities.... lowering standards, crappy pay, horrible retirement, god awful insurance, no take home car for 3 years, body cameras, 12 hour shifts with ridiculously low number of officers STILL riding a Beat... The list goes on.. NEW ORLEANS PD of the 80's here we come.. incompetent corrupt cops are lmpd future
