Gov. Bevin awards Kentucky Colonel honor to LMPD officer shot in Russell neighborhood

Most of Louisville is Disneyworld compared to the blood-soaked streets of the big liberal meccas like Detroit, Chicago, Washington, New Orleans and Atlanta. The exceptions are those parts of town where people let their 12 year old kids roam the streets armed until 4 in the morning. The liberal courts are doing everything possible to make your dream happen, like when they let that cop-shooter walk after committing half a dozen serious felonies a few years ago. If you want to blame someone, blame you and yours, because Democrats have been running this place for a very long time.
