Why is the Chief saying he was shot once in the vest.... I heard he was shot 3 times....

There is ZERO judicial accountability... Every person in law enforcement knows it. Anyone who does anything on their beat and goes to court knows it. When a defendant goes to court, it becomes "Hug-A-Thug." Judges are politicians. Most (not all) only care about re-election and granting their lawyer friends favors. There should be an academy to train judges how to actually be judges. As it is, they run and if lucky enough to get elected, they start hearing cases and start pushing their political agendas all while really answering to no one. Imagine the public out cry if there was no training or accountability of law enforcement.
