All the extra money the city has left over each year and the officers are split on insurance & retirement plus the pay sucks!!! I sure hope with the next contract negotiations that we get tougher and bargain for more instead of what we already have. This Mayor and his administration adds more details, parades and marathons, yearly... heck we are nothing more than poorly paid traffic security guards.
