Jeffersontown Police Department names new chief

I am really glad they promoted from within. This is the first time since the late 60's - early 70's this has happened with this dept. Has to be a moral booster for their employees and all police departments should take notice.

Former Governor Beshear tried his best to delay analysis of the rape kits in held evidence as long as he could. Any liberal worth his salt would hate to see so many loyal democratic voters disenfranchised right before such a tight presidential race.
