New KSP Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner sworn in at Capitol

Part of the reason he says we don't need to hire more police is because the qualified applicant pool is shrinking. Benefits suck now, no pension which means retirement sucks now, media does nothing but bash us, pay here compared to other cities our size sucks. I think this is the main reason he says hiring more officers isn't the solution, who's he gonna hire?
