New KSP Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner sworn in at Capitol

It's no junta. He's the Mayor in a small town and can make lots of changes without asking the council. Often new Mayors fire the Chief. He is obviously sending a signal to their Chief to get with his program or ship out.
