When the police lay down and cities become lawless, the people usually ask the criminals to "GET OFF MY LAWN." I never met a hardcore thug who was more afraid of police that an angry victim with a gun.

Just some friendly advise if anybody is interested in taking the next Sergeants exam.

1.) Apply to openings in the homicide unit.

2.) Instead of solving murders, you have plenty of time to study for the exam to be promoted. The latest promotions proved that!

3.) Read #1 and #2 again.

so LMPD averages 65 retirements a year.... There have ben 74 in the first 3 months of 2016.. WTF.. Everything officers say on here is all true and LMPD is crashing and burning... The media needs to asking some hard questions of the MAYOR, CHIEF, FOP AND COUNCIL
