Nah, I would welcome any person that would want to look through my personal computer. If it doesn't relate to the case it isn't admissible but that being said if they wanted to look at my personal history...oh man would that be funny because I look at a lot of porn....and I mean a lot but guess what? I'm allowed to. So there is no issue.

Unless he's collecting evidence with it or mentions using it in the course of his duties for department work on the stand, that's never going to happen. Looking at public internet sites doesn't qualify as discoverable unless you collected evidence.
