LMPD officer accused of giving 'false' testimony is cleared by department, but not judge

They're so busy going after civil cases against police, none of which would fly in criminal court, that they're letting the statute of limitations clock tick away on serious crimes. Snowden was traitor for exposing secrets, so Hillary will be President after exposing secrets? I fail to see any logic, justice or patriotism in that belief.
