LMPD officer accused of giving 'false' testimony is cleared by department, but not judge

This is part of a broader liberal political agenda and it's being done in many states and the federal government. They want to empty the prisons as much as possible, thinking its better to let criminals roam the streets and kill and mutilate people beyond recognition, rape, rob or sell drugs to kids. However they never take the blame when it very predictably happens.
