Whatever!...UofL is a very powerful entity in this city. If you think a few hundred police officers boycotting UofL is going to cause sleepless nights for Ramsey, you are delusional. As far as off duty goes, UofL could easily require the city to fork over police officers to work its events on city time if it wanted to. Don't forget, UofL is NOT a private school...it is public! and is entitled to public safety protection.
