Most would even take less money to work for a good department. The unnecessary stress caused by meddling politicians, a chicken little command and general idiocy would require about $20,000 more. I don't see this stupidity lasting long if many more $1 million heists go down in the rich Highlands neighborhoods where crime actually matters in city elections.
