So what's the big deal? They tell in the academy you are just "an employee number" to the city. I like it how so many people pack their bags and slam the door walking out of LMPD and then you see them in court waving a wand like they stuck it to LMPD. I have become 100% convinced of the stupidity of police officers who think they KNOW EVERYTHING but don't know Shiiiit!

Who would want to come here? Smaller departments make more.
