it means disappointed and embarrassed.... City leaders, citizens, community activist and the media have been talking about reducing murders every month, every year since I can remember... DECADES AND DECADES AND DECADES DECADES....... This country is crumbling.... but Im sure all the murders are the PO LEECE fault.
