LMPD officer accused of giving 'false' testimony is cleared by department, but not judge

I personally believe he was in fact doing this but just for the record it was never officially confirmed but he didn't really ever deny it.

Stop dogging the County police. This is no worse than the city officer that was sucking off bums downtown before he took them to jail. A good friend of mine was in on that IA investigation and the officer would either suck them off or put his pinkie finger in their but holes sometimes both at the same time. The only reason he wasn't convicted of rape because a couple of the bums admitted to having an orgasm.
