2 Democrats sponsored it because the Mayor is a Democrat. It's a horrible idea thats only popular with those who never make arrests or go to court and, aren't concerned about working back to back 17 hour days. This is the worst run large police department in Kentucky, so 1 more f--ed up decision won't matter much.
