I'm a black man married to a white woman and I can tell you without a shadow of doubt that yes black families don't like white people and they are very slow to accept them. My family had some serious trouble accepting my wife. They still slip up and call her a cracker, whitie and white devil but they're so used to talking like that it's difficult for them.
