You're missing one key factor. That being the term racism doesn't exist in the black community because it's the status quo. In order for it to be considered racism the bias has to rise above what is considered normal. In the black community it is normal to have a bias towards whites. Anybody that argues otherwise is foolish.

You sound very angry. There were never any "riots" from police shootings in Louisville. You can look at each one on a case by case basis. Even still, there were no riots. What you are saying is just something some white cop has said and now it has caught on like wildfire. If you were challenged to give an example, all you'll do is go on a racist rant. People like you cause damage to police departments.
