The city doesnt care about solving crime because they half *** or 1/4 *** the crime scene unit... THAT UNIT NEEDS TO BE A BIGGER PRIORITY FORBTHE CHIEF AND MAYOR.... CSU has 3 old vehicles about 15 years old...rusted and the cabinets all leak water....
