Nope, just overflow from the underpoliced Louisville divisions to the west. The usual thing you see on any street in the west end, gang hand signs, gang graffiti, and kids with guns in their waistband. The Chief has been told about all this but he and the Mayor just don't want to believe or talk about it because it's bad for tourism and the Mayor's political image.
