You are not as stupid as you are trying to pass off. I know it and you know it too. You know there is a racist under current to the word "hand-outs". Funny thing is, those "hand-outs" were never complained about until Mr. Black President came into office. The suspicion is: Mr. Black President has the keys to the vault and is "handing-out" the Peoples' Purse to his genetically similar people who gleefully accept those gifts on the backs of the pale skinned population who never cared about the handouts before Mr. O took the oath.
