City hall "can't afford" to bus west end kids to west end community centers, but this year they will be able to pay $200,000 for a new needle exchange program so drug addicts can shoot up dirt cheap heroin from Mexico even cheaper, $105 million so a hotel company doesn't have to pay for the full cost of building a hotel here and $2.5 million for the Kentucky Center instead of them charging their customers the full cost of a performance. After this week those kids will not be allowed in east end malls without an adult so Metro better step up and take care of business before they riot and destroy downtown again like last year. Oh yeah, the gangs are still murdering people every month, so don't forget about them too, although I have no confidence this Chief or Mayor are capable of fixing any of these problems.
