Off duty officers turned away from concert at Louisville Palace

The only time people get in trouble on this department is when they are disliked by command or have been on TV after committing a crime. The leadership is too weak to lead or to instill the necessary discipline. Just lay down to not risk offending any protesters and smile at the bosses and its all good. This is what happens when politics runs a department from top to bottom.
