Behind the badge: Officers under attack

Anytime I've been dispatched on trouble on a school bus JCPS officers are not available, and the school adminstrator can't be reached. So, all I have is an Angry school bus driver that demands the police take the kid(s) off the bus....Somebody in JCPS is advising bus drivers to demand kids be removed off the bus, even when the trouble has subsided.
