Behind the badge: Officers under attack

Chief White liked the buzz words and hip concepts such as "Decentralized Detectives" and "District Ownership." Great ideas except with stat driven accountability detectives don't communicate with other District Detectives on a regular basis much less officers in other Districts. All major crime investigations should be worked from a Central Detective Bureau where accountability with Command and Control plays a pivotal role. Oh well all puppies and rainbows nothing to see here move along............
