RE: Behind the badge: Officers under attack
Hogwash. What whites did 300 years ago has little to do with the problems today. Blacks left the rural south farmlands to go work in factories in the cities during World War 2. The jobs they provided were lower middle class and paid enough to buy a home. By the 1960's the companies were shutting them down all over the US and outsourcing to use cheap foreign labor. Instead of jobs, they got the 1960's Great Society handout system that made them a permanent underclass by taking away their ability to earn a decent paycheck. The other thing that happened was the liberal hippie drug culture creating a massive demand for drugs, leading to the creation of highly organized crime and street gangs. The idea that a slave trader from the 1700's is responsible for where black society is today is nothing but bullsh-t instended to cover up the real reasons and who's causing them.
